E-CDC has a contract with the City of Philadelphia to facilitate the cleaning and beautification of commercial corridors in Northwest Philadelphia. ECDC accomplishes this goal by engaging an independent contractor who in turn employs a staff of street cleaners
E-CDC has an ownership share of the assets of a youth center located on the site of the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church. The center is used to enhance economic education and social services to youth through comprehensive athletic and social programs available to all particularly youth in the target community served by E-CDC
