Our Innovative pipeline program is dedicated to provide access and opportunity to underrepresented student groups while meeting industry diversity goals of a workforce that reflects the community it serves.

Programs

2 programs

Our Executive Temps program provides work opportunities for college students in the entertainment industry. This program assist the students with an interest in the entertainment industry with hands-on face-to-face opportunities with local entertainment industry firms.

Welcome Week Events - Welcome week events serve to welcome program participants to Los Angeles and go behind-the-scenes of the entertainment industry. Students are moved into our housing facilities, attend workshops, panels and meet-and-greets with Industry leaders and organizations.
