The organization is established and shall be operated exclusively for accelerating environmental leadership of the cultural sector for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes, including but not limited to the following: a. Representing u.s. Cultural institutions in environmental dialogues in the united states and abroad. B. Hosting or leading convenings to foster in-sector and cross-sector collaboration featuring cultural sector thought leaders and subject matter experts. C. Fostering collaboration and building networks by connecting cultural sector thought leaders and associations to other sectors for environmental action, research, and education that benefits people and the planet. D. Developing, incubating, piloting, implementing, and managing environmental educational, operational, and research initiatives that improve the work of the cultural sector and benefit people and the planet.
