Advocacy, legal counsel and litigation particularly for disenfranchised "environmental justice" communities and organizations in haiti, us, and elsewhere that would otherwise be unrepresented. We emphasize client involvement and participation and serve as a catalyst for proper government, ngo, and corporate accountability, ensuring stewardship by the preservation of the commons of air, land, and water, in both urban and rural locations, and by documenting and fighting harmful pollution and utilizing human rights law as well as local laws to act with and foster collaboration with communities and workers.
