Mission
To provide economicj empowerment services for women and girsl from historically excluded communities through programs that increase equity, ownership, enterpreneurship, scholarship, and investment.
Programs
3 programs
Boss up: high school girls enter via participation in the boss up conference. Girls learn self-empowerment, leadership skills, entrepreeurship skills, social justice, and college preparation. Girls create their own ventures for profit or social change.
The womanhood initiative: provides finanical literacy, wealth building strategies, specialized mentoring and support to entrepreneurs.
All others, including the blossom network: *newly added due to deman. Even after graduation, girlsstill need accountability, mentoring, and resources. The bloom network provides monthly webinars for elg graduates and continued mentoring. The blossom network serves as resource for women 18-24 to build finanical literacy and confidence, program staffing and taxes.
