Our mission is to research, pilot, and scale big ideas into solutions that increase quality of life. Our focus includes early childhood care and education, workforce innovation, and thriving and engaged communities.

Workforce innovation - we help people discover, learn, and do the jobs of tomorrow. By connecting career discovery, skill development, and regional employers, we support a prepared workforce and prosperous economy. 87,000 square feet facility renovated to include a career exploration center called career commons to serve over 30,000 students annually, including 2,229 7th graders that explored the center with the help of 49 volunteers.
