To empower and connect neighbors to build a healthy and vibrant community in the ephrata and cocalico regions of northern lancaster county.
Programs

Transportation - 10 paid drivers provide transportation for the elderly and handicapped. 4,622 trips were provided during 2024.
Direct aid given to needy persons for utilities, food, medication, and various other needs. Approximately 512 individuals were served in 2024.
Food bank - provided donated and purchased food to individuals and families in need. Community support - this program provides education, case management, workforce development and other services to the community. Transitional living - this program provides independant living where families receive budgeting, case management, and mentor services.
