The EpicPromise Foundation supports Vail Resorts employees and their dependents in times of need through emergency financial assistance and educational grants.

Educational grants are awarded to assist Vail Resorts employees with tuition for any course leading to a degree or certificate for employees and/or their children. The EpicPromise Foundation offers two types of grants Educational Ascent Grants (available to employees) and EpicPromise Scholars (available to the children of employees).
The Foundation partnered with local community organizations to provide support in the community.
