Client/patient services and case management: eacf directly served 779 unique individuals in 2019 with an average monthly client load of 559 persons a month with epilepsy who cannot afford care or do not have medical insurance through it's case management and epilepsy related medical services program by offering diagnostic services such as mris and eegs, laboratory testing, clinical visits with neurologists, and access to anti-epileptic medication(s) allowing these persons to maintain or seek their place in society, as well as remain in or enter the workforce or school thus reducing the burden on government and society. Eacf further reduces unnecessary emergency room visits by giving these individuals somewhere to go for treatment. Continued on schedule 0 client/patient services and case management continued: eacf also assists these persons with their social needs by referring and coordinating such services as housing, employment, food assistance and more.
