A uniquely specialized aspect of EJCs employment right legal assistance consists of legal aid for survivors of sexual assault. In 2024, EJC continued to help survivors combat sexual assault and sexual harassment in the workplace, providing legal advice and counsel, and obtaining monetary and other legal remedies for victims and providing economic stability to their recovery.

Expenses: $35K

Every year, the EJC also helps strengthen the legal profession by cultivating a new generation of public service lawyers through the EJCs Transnational Worker Rights Clinic at the University of Texas Law School.
