Equality utah is the state's premier lgbtq+ advocacy organization. Our bel program specializes in education that creates belonging in the workplace. We meet people where they are, build on shared values, and provide actionable tools to improve workplace culture and understanding. Ultimately, we connect people to their company's core values and show them that they are not the problem; they are the solution
The organization works to eliminate prejudice and discrimination and to defend human and civial rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (lgbtq)utahns. The organization raised awareness of quality issues through speaking engagements and other programs.
