The equipment dealers foundation is established and shall be operated for purposes of: (1) providing monetary relief to individuals, equipemnt deaership employees impacted by natrual disasters, or other similar catastrophes; (2) providing scholarships to individuals pursuing higher education related to the equipment industry; (3) provide funding for workforce development, educational opportunities, industry studies and other issues affecting the agricultural, industrial, and outdoor power equipment industry.
