Our mission is to be the gateway to good health for those at risk of or affected by hiv/aids, for the lgbtq community, and for those seeking a welcoming healthcare home.

Client services a comprehensive array of treatment and support services for those living with hiv/aids, including primary and infectious disease medical treatment, behavioral health treatment, medical and housing case management, emergency financial aid, housing assistance/homelessness prevention, pantry/nutrition, support groups, treatment adherence, pharmacy and medications, education and quality of life.
Public education and information prevention activities that work at various levels of the hiv care continuum to reduce hiv transmission through hiv testing/counseling/referral, biomedical prevention activities and services, high impact prevention modalities, evidenced-based interventions, educational and outreach activities that increase awareness, provide accurate information, and encourage changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviors that affect the spread of hiv.
