Equitable school funding- equitable school funding, or the funding our future washington coalition (fundwa) is dedicated to achieving equitable education funding in washington state. Recognizing that the current funding model perpetuates racial, socioeconomic, and geographic disparities, the coalition seeks to reform the system to ensure every student--regardless of background--receives the resources needed to succeed. Fundwa advocates for a sustainable, student-centered funding formula that reduces reliance on local levies, addresses special education and bilingual needs, and provides equitable support for marginalized students
