Shine on the Links Program - An initiative introducing youth and young adults to golf as a business and social networking platform, culminating in the signature Shine2Inspire Annual Golf Classic. Accomplishments include: Fifteen young golfers competed in a PGA-style tournament; two participants received scholarship awards; all participants received training and mentorship by a PGA Associate and LPGA professional golfer.

Shine2Inspire scholarship of excellence at Georgia State University - Two Students received scholarships.

Mcnificent Program - An internship and business skills training program supporting Morehouse College. This program merged into the ShineU program during the middle of the year. Accomplishments in 2024 included four students who were provided hands-on business experience from an ownership perspective. They tackled real world business problems and delivered recommendations. College credits were earned for participation in the program.

Shine Enthusiast Program - An AI-driven, interactive digital magazine that serves as a platform for amplifying community voices and showcasing Shine2Inspire programs, projects, and initiatives. Accomplishments: Increased reach of digital magazine from 0 to 500 subscribers: Launched a one-of-a kind digital magazine highlighting community engagement.
