Mission
Esg foundation provides camping experiences and advocacy services for youth and adults with intellectual disabilities. Services include but are not limited to recreational camping/retreat programs and advocacy assistance for the purpose of enriching our campers' lives. Our specific camping programs include 2 - one week camping session in the summer and a weekend retreat in the fall. Our summer sessions include a camp for "youth" ages 13-26 and a camp for "adult" ages 26-45. These sessions are one week in length and are designed to give campers with intellectual disabilities a place to have a camping experience. Campers will experience boating, fishing, archery, swimming, and crafts. They will have opportunities for social interaction at wagon rides, walks at the lake, dances, concerts, and interactive games all whild under the supervision of counselors. Our weekend retreat in the fall is geared toward an older intellectually disabled population.
