To build a more connected world through music that celebrates neurodiversity. Using music as our vehicle, we reimagine public spaces and experiences from the ground up - creating environments where everyone truly belongs.

Especially everyone enrichment program: in may 2024, especially everyone launched a pilot partnership with abilis therapeutic services in greenwich, ct to develop and refine our neurodivergent-informed music enrichment program. This pilot program serves neurodivergent adults with developmental disabilities, specifically those most affected by "the service cliff" - the loss of support services at age 21. 2024 pilot results:1) 39 weekly pilot sessions completed may - december 20242) 50+ participants engaged in pilot programming3) 100% enrollment growth during pilot phase (from 15 to 25-30 participants)4) 88% of participants initiated social interactions with peers during music activities5) 85% demonstrated increased verbal or nonverbal engagement6) 75% voluntarily took solo performance roles, indicating increased self-confidence7) 94% expressed interest in continuing music engagement beyond the programthe pilot program validated our structured social scaffolding methodology through music, effectively addressing social isolation while building confidence and advocacy skills. Sessions focus on creative expression, collaborative music-making, and self-advocacy development in an inclusive environment designed with neurodiversity-informed best practices. Future development: based on pilot success, the program is scheduled for expansion and enhancement in q3 2025, with plans to serve additional partner organizations and refine curriculum based on pilot year learnings.

Research & development for future programming: 2024 pilot year funding supported foundational research and development activities that established especially everyone's evidence-based approach and strategic framework for future growth.2024 r&d accomplishments:1) theory of change development through hands-on pilot programming and community feedback2) evidence-based social scaffolding methodology validation through enrichment program pilot testing3) framework design and testing of neurodivergent-informed practices across concert and program formats4) development of proprietary participatory music technology (patent pending) designed specifically for neurodivergent-centered inclusive experiences5) partnership research and relationship building across westchester county, ny and fairfield county, ct6) strategic program identification including community classes and i.a. Consulting as future offerings within our impact modelinnvoation & intellectual property development: in 2024, especially everyone invested in the research, design and development of first-of-its-kind participatory music instruments that enable neurodivergent adults to engage with music in ways traditional instruments cannot support. This proprietary technology (patent under review) has potential for future licensing to advance inclusive music practices industry-wide, positioning especially everyone as an innovation leader in accessible music programming.foundation for future development: the research and evidence gathered in 2024 established the organizational foundation needed to support future program development. Community classes curriculum development and "our voices" advisory board development are planned for 2025, with advisory board implementation beginning in q3 2025. I.a. Consulting framework development is identified as a longer-term organizational priority with pilot planned for late 2025 or 2026, building upon the evidence-based practices validated during our 2024 pilot year.
