To be the premier center in northern kentucky advocating and providing services for the hispanic/latino and multicultural community. Including, but not limited to, assistance with job applications, document interpretation, translation help, and math and science camps.

The educational success program (esp) consists of various sub-programs that aim to provide educational advancement opportunities to the latino community of northern kentucky. Sub-programs include: english classes, computer training, stem summer camps, and ged preparation.
