Mission

Esther Neonatal Kitten Alliance is dedicated to saving the most vulnerable lives - newborn and medically-challenged kittens who would otherwise have nowhere else to turn. Our mission is to provide lifesaving care around-the-clock support and specialized medical treatment to fragile kittens while also empowering shelters rescues and communities with education and resources to save more kittens. Through our foster program kitten nursery and training initiatives we give the tiniest most fragile kittens a chance to thrive.

Our foster program at Esther Neonatal Kitten Alliance provides a lifeline for newborn and medically fragile kittens who need around-the-clock care. We recruit train and support a network of dedicated foster parents who open their homes to these vulnerable kittens. Our fosters receive all necessary supplies ongoing training and 24 7 support to ensure they feel confident in providing care. This program not only saves lives but also prepares kittens for adoption by providing them with a safe loving environment where they can grow heal and thrive.

Our volunteer program at Esther Neonatal Kitten Alliance is a vital part of our lifesaving mission providing opportunities for compassionate individuals to support our work with newborn and medically-challenged kittens. Volunteers can help in a variety of roles including hands-on kitten care administrative support event assistance social media and community outreach. We provide comprehensive training ongoing support and a welcoming environment where volunteers can make a meaningful impact gain new skills and become part of a community dedicated to saving tiny lives.

Our education program at Esther Neonatal Kitten Alliance empowers individuals shelters and rescues with the knowledge and skills needed to save the most vulnerable kittens. We offer in-person and virtual training on neonatal kitten care including bottle feeding medical support and critical care techniques. Our program also provides resources on safe fostering kitten health and best practices for rescue organizations helping communities save more kittens and ensuring they receive the care they need to thrive.
