Promoting quality of life, community involvement, and independent living for seniors. Providing nutrition, transportation, health and support services, and socialization through programs, services, education, and advocacy.

Assistance/counseling - various outreach services to aid the elderly including health & nutritional counseling, health screens including blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. Also, support groups, tax assistance, and community information groups. Overall, 30,000 visits for assistance and counseling. We have also started a social work program with a full time social worker on staff.
Transportation of elderly and handicapped individuals for nutrition, shopping, and medical appointments within and outside the nine town's estuary region. The estuary provided 490 outpatient medical rides.
