Etaria, inc. Has been formed to promote health and welfare of individuals who are mentally ill chemical abusers by the acquisition and maintenance of real and personal property and the lease or sublease thereof to related non-profit agencies which operate sheltered living programs for mentally ill chemical abusers who require specialized service to adjust to community living and to provide such persons with supportive counseling, training in activities of daily living, and training and consultation to their families.
