Mission
To help individuals and families in clinton county realize their hope for a better life by providing shelter, support services and advocacy. To accomplish this etc provides emergency shelter, essential case management, mental health counseling, and permanent supported housing. Etc operates a facility that offers multiple units of temporary housing for homeless individuals and families and multiple units of permanent supported housing for individuals and families. Etc also provides services to individuals who the local social services department shelters in private sector motels.
