EverHome Columbia, Inc. has developed a Pilot Program funded by the Home for the Aged (HFA). The HFA was created in 1883 to provide a senior citizen residence in Hudson, NY for elderly residents in need of assistance in their later years. Today, HFA has an opportunity to transform aging by helping to build a system that provides quality care to individuals in their own residences. The Pilots primary goal is to demonstrate the efficacy and cost savings of an integrated platform of products and services delivered to a diverse population of chronically ill individuals in Columbia County who want to age in place and receive care at home.
