Enhancement Voting - The organization held product enhancement voting cycles to identify features that members wanted included in core library systems in collaboration with its sister organization IGeLU International Group of Ex Libris Users https: www.igelu.org . In 2024 there were 11 rounds of voting over 7 products with an average voter turnout of 46.30% across all products. Email Lists - ELUNA in partnership with IGeLU manages over 50 email lists for the Ex Libris user community. These lists facilitate open communication among Ex Libris customers and staff worldwide. Subscription requests are verified to ensure affiliation with a current Ex Libris customer. The lists are managed by the ELUNA & IGeLU Steering Committees and other members promoting a vibrant user community.
