The mission of Excel Charitable Foundation is to develop and execute programs that promote development for the youth in the areas of academics, Health, social engagement and civic awareness. Leveraging the resources of our partnerships, we will offer these and other programs to enrich the lives, encourage growth and promote the empowerment of all citizens in our service area.
