Youth build community: ybc is a youth-led program designed to give youth leadership opportunities within the community as they plan and implement community projects and learn about podcasting/radio/media. These projects allow for continual critical thinking, practice in collaboration, show the importance of effective communication, and allow for active creativity.

Youth entrepreneurship: within our youth entrepreneurship program (y.e.p.) our participants learn and develop soft skills, professionalism, and experience in business development. Our youth participants decide what projects they would like to implement. The activities in this program are real-life, real-world applications of businesses, at a localized small scale, which can be taken to full scale if they choose to do so.
