To provide work and activity skills training in as nonrestrictive a manner as possible to mentally disadvantaged adults whose level of function places a severe impairment on their production capabilities. The training furthers independence at homes and in the community while preparing them for participation in more advanced training programs.

West Side Apartments - To provide independent living quarters for individuals meeting admissions qualifications as established to qualify as low income housing. North Iowa Regional Housing Authority regulates rent charges.
