Exchange is a group of men and women working to make America a better place to live through one national project -the prevention of child abuse -and other community service projects.

Programs

For over 30 years we have provided Christmas gifts for thousands of needy children in Fort Bend County.

An inspiring evening of music and remembrance as we honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.

This project involves distributing small American flags to youngsters at parades fairs picnics school events and other community events that draw large crowds. The flags are absolutely free to the children and can make a great souvenir of the occasion. We distribute American flags to youngsters at the Fort Bend County Fair Parade and other events.

Service to Seniors meets once a month. We have been serving Blue Bell ice cream cake distributing monthly birthday gifts coordinating health and entertainment events providing Spring Free Shopping Sprees and giving out hundreds of door prizes to our Senior friends for the last 15 years. We meet at the Landmark Community Center in Stafford Texas

Each month we recognize a senior Youth of the Month from two Fort Bend high schools and an 8th-grade Young Citizen of the Month from two middle schools. The students are nominated by their school counselors. From the Youth of the Month students at each high school our club selects a Club Youth of the Year and our overall winner goes on to compete for District and National Exchange Club awards.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. The Exchange Club of Sugar Land recognizes three Fort Bend ISD campuses for their powerful schoolwide projects in the annual Blue Ribbon Contest.
