Programs

1 program

Esc's unique model matches 100+ highly skilled, specially trained volunteer consultants with 120+ los angeles county nonprofits annually, providing expert guidance that would otherwise be financially out of reach. Through strategic planning, board development, leadership coaching, succession management and fund development services that are tailored to meet the needs of the individual organizations, esc helps them build the skills and knowledge necessary for optimal nonprofit leadership, management, and sustainability to create lasting community impact. In addition, esc facilitates cohort programs and institutes that foster collaboration among nonprofit professionals, providing them the opportunity for shared learning, peer support and collective action.
