Preventing Generations of Incarceration - a program to prevent and break the pattern of generations of incarceration and to reduce the trauma and related challenges that families and children with incarcerated parents often face. This program helps children, youth and adult family members understand their emotions, recognize physiological responses and relaxation techniques, identify social supports and trusted others, and coping strategies. Children do better when their families are healthy.
