Ready to Work- a 3 years partnership invitation only program with selected nonprofits to help improve organizational outcomes and strengthen their capacity to support young people in achieving their goals. Initiative of the PG County and co-managed by Youth Invest Partners.

The organizations communications efforts focused on informing the public and key stakeholders about Fair chance mission to strengthens local community-based organizations across communities impacted by racism, discrimination, and poverty.

As founder of theCoalition for Nonprofit Equity, we advocate alongside partners for local policy change to strengthen Washington, DCs nonprofit sector. We also mobilize and support community-based organizations to advocate directly with policymakers.
