Legal Clinic - The Fair Work Legal Clinic is a free civil legal aid clinic. We provide free individual consultations, pro se assistance in administrative enforcement processes, and conduct state litigation regarding employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation. We ensure workers know their rights under city, state, and federal law and that employers are held accountable to labor standards.
