Mission
To transform the lives of at-risk and high-risk youth by equipping them with the necessary tools, the knowledge needed to guide them wisely, and access to opportunities to learn and develop into self-sufficient,productive members of society and thus reduce the incarceration of youth in our communities.

FYS purchased clothing, food, and grooming supplies for mentees use during the year Mentees were in need of clothing, food and grooming supplies. All items purchased were used by mentees within the program.
Purchased supplies, software and training material for mentors and staff, additional manuals which included best practices and benchmarks. FYS curriculums were purchased content for working with youth to ensure youth received the correct level of mentoring.
