Held strategic meetings, workshops, educational townhalls, and meetings with local decision makers to raise awareness and support. Fought for elimanation of juvenile fines and fees in the state. This included implementation and reporting if individuals whose debts were cancelled. Fought for racism free schools act which required training for schools k-12 around reporting racial injustices in education. Worked to encourage enviromental health and safety in il. Working with student and school faculty to improve school safty, morale and parent involvement. Provided resources and worked with law enforcement on transparency and community involvement.

Trained community members and leaders to use their voices effectively for change. Sent letters to national 7 day leadership trainings, hosted local trainings, and built professional development by staff training in our local community and across the country. -formed the new enviornmental justice task force -had more tham 30 meetings with decision makers -20 fccg leaders attended gamaliel national weeklong leadership training. -11 fccg leaders attended gamaliel ntosake women's leadership training. -trained over 100 community members local around leadership development. -organizers yearly training -three listening campaigns with 7 local organizations to do an analysis of the need of their clients, parents, and/or congregation.

Education equity task force -rebuilt and energized a task force including teacher, admin and engagementof parents -partnered with advance il, on increasing state budget item for evident based funding which bring equity in funding il schools for programs, hiring and materials. Enviormental justice task force -town halls and press conferences around housing equity and renter's advocacy. Ran 12 months of consistent meetings of task force. Transformational justice -held prayer walks and focus groups including community clergy and members around community investments. -held press conference for community justic reform. -partnered to form enviormental justice guild around clean energy, solar,and community input on city's power plant. Ntosake pride task force -held a 2 day women's enpowerment event on bounderies and balance; finacial literacy, health and spirituality. Helped local businesses with promotion and participant patronizing. Rewew, reinvest and restore -2 day revival and town hall -launched business on move workshop and trained 15 businesses on forming business plans and applying for funding.
