1) Leadership Development for Ministers in Transition: offer support for healing; guidance in re-visioning; and training for next steps. The minister, family members and future congregations are, and will be, positively impacted. 2) Leadership Development for Small Christian Organizations: Serving boards and Christian leaders with mission alignment, leadership culture development, and strategic outcomes. 100's of people are positively influenced by increased leadership capacity of their spiritual elders. 3) Leadership Development for Missionaries: Serving missionaries with personal encouragement, missional feedback and strategic guidance. People around the world have a greater change of being positively impacted because of our influence on missionaries.
