Leadership Development and Consulting/Technical Assistance - Consulting and Technical Assistance provides strategic clarity with coalition building, project/collaboration management, nonprofit mergers, restorative philanthropy, strategic planning, systems change and more; partnered with the Hope Center of Louisiana to provide trauma and suicide prevention leadership training to pastors in Louisiana. Alliance provided consulting and technical assistance to Hope Center in developing the three-year Heal Coalition initiative in partnership with the Veterans Administration.
