Families first parenting and adoption support services help build healthy and permanent families by providing resource to empower parents that build safe and strong families, teach coparenting skills equipping parenting with the best interest of the child first; reunifying birth parents, adoptees and siblings; connecting adoption as well as foster families to resources and supports that help the family remain intact, healthy and whole.

Families first provides and intensive, personalized case management navigator care model by connecting 2-gen spanish speaking families, individuals, and teen parents, with internal families fist programs as well as linking them to community resources while assessing and strengthening their resiliency.
