Case/ care management programming provides budget consultation, resource referral, basic needs utility, housing stabilization and employment support to residents of monroe county. Clients are provided services delivered by families first case managers intended to address immediate need causing instability in one or more basic areas. Direct financial assistance can be provided to households who require financial support to stabilize an emergent need.

Families first also provides crisis financial assistance for rent, security deposit, car repairs, etc. Along with the provision of items to those in need, including clothing vouchers, blankets, infant supplies and winter wear.
