School-based mentoring provides a trained mentor to meet students weekly during the school day to build academic, social and emotional skills. It provides a safe, consistent, environment that supports students through positive relationships and personalized guidance. The goal is to help students stay engaged in learning, developing confidence, and building the tools they need to thrive in and out of school.
