Housing services:fcsdc operates four housing subsidy programs: (1) transitional housing / rapid rehousing for adult men experiencing homelessness. Program participants are housed at our ralph moses house (rmh) facility in chester, pa for up to three months. During that time they work with a case manager to obtain affordable housing. During the rapid rehousing portion of the programs, a rental subsidy is provided for up to 24 months while participants build financial independence. During fy2024, 18 men were housed at rmh and 23 men received assistance through the rapid rehousing program.(2) transitional housing for families involved with delaware county's children and youth services. During fy2024, fcsdc's cys transitional housing program provided rental subsidies and case management for 21 households with 28 adults and 52 children.(3) permanent supportive housing for families and (4) permanent supportive housing for chronically-homeless individuals. The psh programs provide rental subsidy and case management services for up to 10 families and 15 individuals at a time. During fy2024, 11 families (consisting of 16 adults and 9 children) and 13 chronically-homeless individuals were supported through these two psh programs.

Behavioral health services: fcsdc provides outpatient mental health counseling for adults, adolescents, and children. Psychiatric services are available for program participants including psychiatric assessment, medication prescription if needed, and medication management. During fy2024, 289 individuals received counseling services.

Emergency food distribution:the mobile food pantry program was discontinued in fy2024 due to lack of funding. However, throughout the year, with community partners, fcsdc continued to facilitate special initiatives such as distributing food drive collections and thanksgiving turkeys to local pantries. In fy2024, 325 households were provided with food assistance.
