Was established to provide alternative living arrangements utilizing foster care, homemaker services, and adoption services for children who must be removed from their natural homes and placed elsewhere. They are a social service agency committed to providing an excellent standard of care and culturally competent services, while communicating compassion, empathy, and hope for the future. They create a need-fulfilling environment leading clients to effective, responsible choices and the development of positive relationships in their lives.
