Communications: this department coordinates the publication functions of the organization. It produces a wide variety of newsletters, workshop and seminar materials, as well as other general information. It educates and informs members and the public as to the organization's mission and accomplishments. This department also oversees and handles use of our registered trademarks.

Membership service: this department manages data processing related to member affiliations and oversees distribution and mailings of membership supplies and publications to the state and local levels. It maintains affiliation records and membership lists and provides alumni service.
