Femi primary programs include: 1. infant mortality education and training. 2. Parent and youth education: Children of Incarcerated Parents, Creating Lasting Family Connection, Community of Practice: Community Implementation Collaborative grant. grant focused on educating parents and youth with parents or guardians with a criminal background on understanding how family history affects them and how to overcome the trauma of the past. 3. Pre-K - 2nd parent education and training services targeting the parents and caregivers to help them obtain training and education to obtain higher paying jobs geared at bringing children out of poverty. 4. A community food pantry 5. Parent and youth nutrition and cooking classes 6. Community Legal Aid, civil legal assistance for low income

United Way After School tutoring program for third grade students to increase reading compreshention
Community food pantry. Alliance zone four were we are located is a high poverty community. In 2023 we gave away 21,000 pounds of food. We also served over 1600 hot meals.
teaching parents who attend infant mortality training about understanding their Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACS) and how those traumas could affect their children if they do not receive counseling
