Mission
Provides free and/or reduced cost legal assistance, advocacy, and quality counsel in the areas of family and elder law in lubbock, texas and the surrounding counties. The family legal services of the south plains began as a pro bono project of the lubbock county bar association in order to address a recognized gap in legal services to low-income residents of lubbock county. This project has expanded into an effort to afford low-income clients in lubbock and the surrounding counties with first-rate legal assistance, advocacy, and quality counsel in matters of family and elder law.
