Our case manager builds relationships with local landlords and property managers searches the internet and makes phone calls to find available suitable housing in our area to more quickly move from homelessness or near homelessness to stable housing.

Through our Keys to Good Tenancy program we provide free workshops aimed at preventing homelessness before it occurs. These classes cover topics like searching for affordable housing understanding landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities conflict resolution budgeting and goal setting for long-term housing success. These classes are taught by professionals in these fields with a meal and childcare provided. They are open to families receiving assistance and the community at large.
