Mission
Family Promise in Anoka County (FPAC) provides temporary shelter, hospitality, and case management to empower families experiencing housing insecurity to build a foundation of lasting independence.
Programs
2 programs
Our Prevention program provides support to families to help them stay in their homes and avoid homelessness or the need for shelter. Families commit to working with a case manager to help ensure they are able to achieve stability and no longer face housing loss. This year, 193 individuals from 52 families were supported.
Our housing stabilization program provides continued support and reduces the risk of a familie's re-entry into homelessness. By staying engaged with families that exit shelter or prevention programs, we can limit the trauma experienced by children and their parents, instead helping them to grow and thrive. 303 individuals from 80 families were supported.
