The Stabilization Program supports families after they complete shelter or housing services helping them maintain long-term housing and financial independence. Families receive ongoing case management access to community resources budgeting support and periodic check-ins for up to 12-24 months. The goal is to prevent returns to homelessness and ensure durable self-sufficiency. In 2024 seven families were assisted through our stabilization program.
The Prevention Program assists at-risk families to avert episodes of homelessness through short-term financial assistance and supportive services. Aid may include help with rent utilities deposits or other critical expenses that allow families to remain housed. In 2024 35 families were impacted through our prevention and diversion program.
