Prevention & Diversion Program - provides funding assistance to prevent an eviction or a security deposit to divert a family from entering shelter. This program is supported by contributions.

Aftercare & Stabilization Program - provides 1 year of case management for families transitioning into permanent housing to ensure households maintain stability and self-sufficiency after housing vulnerability or homelessness. This program is supported by contributions.

Transitional Housing - Intended for families from the Shelter Program, to provide housing and case management to assist families in successfully navigating Rochester's challenging affordable housing market. Families pay at or below market rent and can stay in housing for up to two years.Housing Navigation - The Housing Navigation Program connects with eligible individuals in Monroe County to provide help with the housing process. Case managers help with navigating the entire search process, finding housing, and providing ongoing after-care management for a minimum of six months after the household has transitioned into housing. Case managers also make referrals to other programs and services for non-housing needs.
