EmployAbility services empower individuals to overcome employment challenges to secure and maintain meaningful work. FRA is very proud to have over 85% of those referred successfully secure jobs in the community, contributing positively to their employers. Our Project SEARCH internship program, now completing its fifth successful year of intensive employment training in Monmouth County, will expand into Ocean County in September 2024, offering more people the opportunity to embrace this challenge. Additionally, a monthly job Club supports both employed and job-seeking individuals, featuring strong attendance and engaging guest speakers who share valuable career insights, strategic advice, and skill-building tips. A dedicated team also provides Social Security Benefits Counseling to enhance individuals' potential for achieving greater self-reliance through employment.
