Mobile Assistance delivers food and other supplies to the elderly, disabled, homebound and homeless individuals. Mobile Assistance also provides needed supplies to unhoused individuals.

Resource One Health Connection is a holistic approach to addressing health disparities in the rural and underserved communities we serve. Care Coordinators assist those in need with finding community resources and assistance obtaing durable medical equipment, medication and more.

Babies First also provides diapers for special needs children up to age 18. Families receive up to 50 diapers or 20 pull ups a month $17,072.54
